Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the linens are folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
